Returns & Refunds

At Oliver & Rose, your happiness is our priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them. Simply ensure they’re in their original packaging with all tags intact, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Refunds

We process refunds through your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund promptly.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in selecting a replacement item.

How to Return an Item

  • Pack Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage.

  • Ship to Us: After confirmation, send the item using a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt for reference.

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
